Description: This
slow to moderately paced yoga class is open to new and continuing participants. The session includes Warm-ups and stretching, basic postures with gentle transitions, final relaxation, breathing techniques and brief meditation with support and guidance, focus is placed on body alignment, balance, flexibility, and strength maintenance.

Description: Key elements of the class involve sequences found in hatha, vinyasa, and ashtanga yoga practices. Description: This is a strength training class that includes hand weights, bands and a ball. The class will also include some balance training. It starts with a 5 - 10 minute warm up and then 45 minutes of strength training. Participants will also use chairs for seated abdominal work and stretching at the end of class.

Stroller Strides is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood. This is a traveling class where moms work out with their little ones in the stroller while moving from to different stops around Cattail Lake. Afterwards, stay for a playgroup for your little ones while you get to connect with other mamas.
