Weight Training

Instructor: Debbie Halley

When: Wednesdays from 12:30-1:30pm

Where: Villages Ballroom

Description: This is a strength training class that includes hand weights, bands and a ball. The class will also include some balance training. It starts with a 5 - 10 minute warm up and then 45 minutes of strength training. Participants will also use chairs for seated abdominal work and stretching at the end of class.
