Functional Conditioning

When: Fridays from 11:15am-12:15pm.

Where: Yoga Room.

Description: Comprehensive workout that includes warm up, resistance training with weights, low-impact cardio, strength training and cool down. *Please be sure to wear closed-toe athletic shoes to participate in the class.
