Description: This slow to moderately paced yoga class is open to new and continuing participants. The session includes Warm-ups and stretching, basic postures with gentle transitions, final relaxation, breathing techniques and brief meditation with support and guidance, focus is placed on body alignment, balance, flexibility, and strength maintenance
